If the items ordered from our website are not the ones you're looking for, we'll exchange them or return your money.

You can exchange/return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please e-mail us at hello@evikakids.com and indicate the order number, SCU of the exchanged/returned item and it's size, the reason of exchange/return, your First and Last name.

Products must be exchanged/returned in unworn and unused condition along with their original tags and undamaged packaging.

Once the items are checked and the right condition is confirmed, we will email you to proceed exchange or refund. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

REFUND

Once your return is approved, it doesn't take us more than 10 days to proceed the payment.

Refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that we do not refund international duties and taxes iа any of them have been paid by the customer.
